‘Tis the season to be jolly…

In France, the traditional Xmas meal includes the “dinde de Noël” (similar to the American turkey) served with “marrons chauds” (hot chestnuts) and of course, the “bûche de Noël” (a Christmas cake in the shape of a yule log).
