‘Tis the season to be jolly…

In France, the traditional Xmas meal includes the « dinde de Noël » (similar to the American turkey) served with « marrons chauds » (hot chestnuts) and of course, the « bûche de Noël » (a Christmas cake in the shape of a yule log).
